At first we conduct a group discussion with the villagers and assess  what type of training can be provided to then.
There after we appoint a trainer and provide training to the villagers.
After completion of training they are ready to earn.
We have constructed 6 training centres in six villages. We run tailoring, driving, duck & hen farming, sapling nursery, rope making, computer, vermi-compost, thermocol designing trainings for the villagers. We provided trainings to 1049 villagers.
