We started the project ‘Bal Bikash Siksha’ in Sapla & Garankati 4no village of Sundarban areas, as we observed that children of the village were facing problems when they were taking admission in primary school without any basic concept of Bengali & English alphabets, numbers, small word making, pronunciation etc. Maximum parents are uneducated and could not guide their children properly. As a result, maximum students are being dropout very soon.

In that situation a Pre-school education cum nutrition project was highly needed.

The objectives of the project–

1Early Childhood Care and Pre-school non-formal Education.
Making school going habits and disciplines.
To improve the nutritional and health status of children.

Our target group is children of age group between 3-6 years.

School time-

Lower Nursery (3-4 years): 8 am to 11.15 am
Nursery (4-5 years): 8 am to 12.30 pm
KG (5-6 years): 8 am to 12.30 pm

Daily routine at school-

Morning Prayer
Physical exercise
Recalling last day lessons.

Annual Activity-

School excursion
Annual Sports
